06-096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 35 - Continuous emission monitoring System (CEMS)
"Continuous emission monitoring System (CEMS)" means the total equipment required for the determination of a gas concentration, pollutant emission rate or opacity reading and the associated data recording equipment.
