06-096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 36 - Continuous Emission Rate Monitoring System (CERMS)
"Continuous Emission Rate Monitoring System (CERMS)" means the total equipment required for the determination of pollutant mass emission rate (in terms of mass per unit of time), including the associated data recording equipment. A CERMS is a subset of a CEMS.
