06-096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 53 - Federal land manager
"Federal land manager" means the Secretary of the Federal Department with authority over the Federal Class I area or, with respect to Roosevelt-Campobello International Park, the Chairman of the Roosevelt-Campobello International Park Commission.
