06-096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 65 - HAP emission limitation
"HAP emission limitation" is a requirement for a MACT or GACT emission limitation under Section 112(d) of the CAA, a work practice standard under Section 112(h) of the CAA, a case-by-case MACT under 112(g) or 112(j), a residual risk standard under Section 112(f) of the CAA, early reduction plans under Section 112(i)(j), or any other such requirement for HAP control required by EPA or the Department.
