06- 096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 99 - Nonattainment pollutant

"Nonattainment pollutant" means a regulated pollutant which is the basis for a nonattainment area. For ozone nonattainment areas and the Ozone Transport Region, emissions of VOC and NOx shall be considered to be the nonattainment pollutant except NOx will not be considered a nonattainment pollutant for the purposes of 06-096 C. M. R. ch. 113 and 06-096 C. M. R. ch. 115 in any area that has received a NOx waiver under section 182(f) of the Clean Air Act, as defined in this Chapter.
