06-096 C.M.R. ch. 148, § 4 - Low Sulfur Fuel Requirements
A. Effective
immediately, no person shall cause, allow or permit the operation of any
diesel-powered generator subject to this Chapter firing fuel with a sulfur
content greater than 500 parts per million.
B.Beginning on June 1, 2010, no person shall
cause, allow or permit the operation of any diesel-powered generator subject to
this Chapter firing fuel with a sulfur content greater than 15 parts per
million.
