06-096 C.M.R. ch. 3, § 10 - Location of Hearing
The Department shall strive to hold hearings in the area or areas of the State significantly affected by the license application or which are concerned about the issue, or as specified by state or federal law, taking into consideration the needs, costs and convenience of the parties, interested public and Department.
