06- 096 C.M.R. ch. 3, § 21 - Closing Argument

Oral closing arguments by each party may be allowed by the Presiding Officer after the presentation of evidence has concluded, at a time and place to be fixed by the Presiding Officer. The applicant may choose to present its oral argument last, except that in an appeal proceeding where the appellant is not the applicant, the appellant may choose to present its oral argument last.
