06-096 C.M.R. ch. 3, § 24 - Reopening the Record
Prior to issuing a final decision, the Presiding Officer may reopen the record for good cause shown. The Department shall give notice of a reopening of the record and any further proceeding to the parties and shall notify interested persons and the public in such manner as is appropriate to afford them the opportunity to participate.
