06- 096 C.M.R. ch. 372, § 7 - Access to the Site
The filing of an application for approval of a development constitutes the granting of permission by the applicant to allow authorized application reviewers access to the site of the proposed development in order to evaluate whether or not the proposed development will meet the standards as stated in 38 M.R.S.A. Section484.
