06-096 C.M.R. ch. 40, § 15 - Effective Date
These regulations shall be effective upon the date of filing with the Secretary of State and shall replace Rules for the Conduct of Enforcement Hearings effective May 15, 1973.
After public notice and public hearing November 21, 1977 the above regulation is hereby adopted this 28th of December, 1977.
