06-096 C.M.R. ch. 857, § 11 - Extended Retention of Records
The periods of retention of records established in this Chapter are extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection or by the Regional Administrator or Administrator of the EPA.
