06-096 C.M.R. ch. 872, § 3 - Petitions for exemption
The manufacturer, importer, distributor or user of a mercury switch, relay, instrument or device subject to the sales prohibitions under section 2 may apply for an exemption from the prohibition for one or more specific uses of the product by filing a written application with the department or IMERC.
