09-137 C.M.R. ch. 15, § 06 - Applicability of Other Laws
A.Except as expressly
required by provisions of the compact, nothing herein shall be construed to
affect the right of any party state to apply any of its laws relating to
license privileges to any person or circumstance, or to invalidate or prevent
any agreement or other cooperative arrangements between a party state and a
nonparty state concerning wildlife law enforcement.
