09- 137 C.M.R. ch. 15, § 12 - Compact Administrator
A.The compact
administrator for Maine shall be a designated representative of the
Commissioner. The duties of the compact administrator shall be deemed a regular
part of the duties and responsibilities of the Game Warden Major within the
Bureau of Warden Service.
