09-137 C.M.R. ch. 26, § 02 - Application and Fee
A. Applications for a
commercial wildlife permit must be submitted on a standard application form
provided by the Commissioner; incomplete applications will be returned to the
applicant. All applications will be reviewed by a Department biologist
authorized by the Commissioner.
B.
The fee for a commercial wildlife permit is defined in statute.
