10- 144 C.M.R. ch. 125, § 3.C - Requirements
3.C.1. No Ambulatory Surgical Facility may
provide services without receiving a license from the Department, authorizing
such services or operation.
3.C.2.
The applicant shall comply with all applicable Maine Statutes and rules and
regulations.
3.C.3. No Ambulatory
Surgical Facility shall accept any remuneration for delivering ambulatory
surgical facilities without having first secured a license authorizing its
operation in accordance with these regulations.
