10-148 C.M.R. ch. 19, § A-21 - SEVERANCE CLAUSE
The provisions of these rules and regulations are severable. If any provision of the rules or regulations are invalid, or if the application of the rules and regulations to any person or circumstances is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
