10-148 C.M.R. ch. 201, § VIII - APPEALS
Substantiated and indicated persons shall have the following rights to review of a finding.
A. A
paper review shall be available to a substantiated or indicated person who
submits a written request as required by these rules.
B. If the finding is upheld in the paper
review then an administrative hearing shall be available to any substantiated
person or entity, and any indicated person or entity who, in the determination
of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer, has proven that they have
experienced or are likely to experience collateral consequences as a result of
the indicated finding.
