12- 172 C.M.R. ch. 16, § 4 - Availability for work
A. An alien who
does not meet the documentation criteria which are contained in subsection (2)
above shall not be considered to meet the availability for work requirements of
subsection
3 of section 1192 of the
Employment Security Law.
