14- 118 C.M.R. ch. 5, § 6 - Insurance
An insurance program shall be in force at all times. Coverage shall include, but not necessarily be limited to:
6.1 Comprehensive liability insurance for the
Governing Authority, personnel, and property, in the amount of
$100,000/$300,000;
6.2 Automobile
liability insurance for every vehicle owned or operated by the agency, used to
transport clients, or vehicles used by staff while conducting agency
business.
