16-163 C.M.R. ch. 2, § 11 - EMERGENCY MEDICAL CALL
EMERGENCY MEDICAL CALL means any event which is perceived to threaten the life, limb, or well-being of an individual in such a manner that a need for emergency medical treatment is created.
