16-163 C.M.R. ch. 2, § 7 - BOARD APPROVAL
When no other method of gaining Board approval is specified, the person who seeks the approval shall apply in writing to the chairperson of the Board in care of the office of Maine Emergency Medical Services, stating the action to be considered, the section in the Rules under which approval is sought and the grounds in support of the request.
