18-389 C.M.R. ch. 11, § 5 - CANCELLATION OF LEAVES
A. All leaves of
absence shall be subject to the condition that the appointing authority may
cancel the leave at any time upon prior written notice to the employee and the
Director of Human Resources specifying a reasonable date of termination of the
leave, and the reason for such cancellation --OR--
B. The Director of Human Resources, upon
prior notice to the employee and the appointing authority, may cancel an
approved leave of absence at any time the Director finds that the employee is
using the leave for purposes other than those specified at the time of
approval.
