18-389 C.M.R. ch. 9, § 3 - NON-CREDITABLE TIME
A. Any interruption
of service during the probationary period shall not be counted as a part of the
probationary period.
B. Time served
on temporary or project assignment shall not be counted as part of the
probationary period.
