95-659 C.M.R. ch. 248, § I - Definitions
A. "Advisory Committee" means the Advisory
Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the U.S. Department of Health and
Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
B. "Board" means the Maine Vaccine
Board.
C. "Department" means the
Maine Department of Health and Human Services.
D. "Program" means the Universal Childhood
Immunization Program
E. "Program
Year" means July 1st through June 30th of each year
