A.
Processing of Applications.
MSHA may process applications on a first come first served basis or set an
application due date described in the Program Guide for submission for review
by a scoring committee.
B.
Selection for Funding. The Director shall retain final discretion as to
whether or not to offer financing to a particular Applicant.
C.
Availability of Funds.
Financing is always subject to the availability of funds.
