SUMMARY: This regulation requires that all gasoline that is received by bulk gasoline terminals and all gasoline that is delivered to gasoline service stations or bulk gasoline plants shall have a Reid Vapor Pressure no greater than 9.0 psi during the period from May 1 through September 15 of each calendar year.
