SUMMARY STATEMENT
This rule is established to govern the licensing of family child care providers in the State of Maine, and to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the children served.
AUTHORITY
This rule is promulgated under the authority of 22 M.R.S. Ch. 1661, 1663, and 1673.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This rule repealed the routine technical parts of 10-148 C.M.R. Ch. 33, Rule Relating to the Certification of Family Child Care Providers, and replaced it with the routine technical changes on September 20, 2017.
This rule repealed the major substantive parts of 10-148 C.M.R. Ch. 33 and replaced it with the major substantive changes on July 5, 2018.
