Md. Code Regs. 02.02.01.06 - Consent to Service of Process
A person required by the Maryland Securities Act, Corporations and Associations Article, ยง 11-802, Annotated Code of Maryland, to appoint the Commissioner as agent for service of process shall file a Form U-2 (Uniform Consent to Service of Process) with the Commissioner.
