Md. Code Regs. 08.03.07.05 - Captive Waterfowl (Live Decoys)
A. A
person may not hunt wetland game birds by the use or aid of live birds as
decoys.
B. Although not limited to, it
shall be a violation of this regulation to hunt wetland game birds on an area where
tame or captive live ducks or geese are present unless the birds are, and have been
for a period of 10 consecutive days before hunting, confined within an enclosure
which substantially reduces the audibility of their calls and totally conceals the
birds from the sight of wetland game birds.
