Md. Code Regs. 08.06.02.03 - Prohibited Action
A person may not:
A.
Operate or cause to be operated an unauthorized vessel across an approved powerboat
race, regatta, or exhibition course, or cause interference with an approved race,
regatta, or exhibition.
B. Swim across
the boundary of an approved race, regatta, or exhibition course.
