Md. Code Regs. 09.10.02.01 - Rules
The Rules and Regulations portion of the "Charter, By-Laws Rules and Regulations of the United States Trotting Association 2005" is incorporated by reference into these rules, but where there is conflict or inconsistency with the numbered Maryland Harness Racing Rules which follow in this chapter, the provisions of the numbered Maryland Harness Racing Rules shall prevail. The rules shall govern harness racing and those licensed for harness racing at all meetings in the State which are licensed by the Commission.
