Md. Code Regs. 09.10.02.16 - Driver's Stand
Each association licensed to conduct pari-mutuel betting shall provide a stand, located convenient to the gate through which horses enter the track at the beginning of a heat or race, for drivers who are not competing in a particular heat or race and who are wearing colors, to view the races.
