Md. Code Regs. 09.10.02.16-1 - Eligibility of a Horse
A horse which is eligible for a race at the time of its entry may not have its eligibility affected by a ruling on itself or another horse regarding a disqualification in a prior race that is issued on or after the day of the race for which the horse is entered.
