Md. Code Regs. 09.10.02.54-1 - Standardbred Race Fund Administrator
A. The Standardbred Race Fund Advisory
Committee shall select an administrator to supervise the daily operation of the
Standardbred Race Fund.
B. The
Administrator selected by the Standardbred Fund Advisory Committee shall be
appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the Commission.
C. The salary and benefits of the
Administrator shall be established by the Commission and, together with the
other reasonable expenses incurred in the administration of the Standardbred
Race Fund, shall be paid from the monies that inure to the Standardbred Race
Fund.
