Md. Code Regs. 09.33.03.04 - Services Provided

A. The Hospital Employees Retraining Program shall be administered in accordance with guidelines and policies, adopted by the Division.

B. Availability of Services.

(1) The provision of services under this chapter is subject to the continued availability of monies in the Hospital Employees Retraining Fund.

(2) The Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation may decide how to allocate funds in the Hospital Employees Retraining Fund in order to serve hospital employees who are unemployed or may become unemployed as a result of the closure, downsizing, merger, or delicensure of a hospital.
