Md. Code Regs. 09.33.03.05 - Filing of Complaints

A. A hospital employee may file a complaint regarding a determination of eligibility or the provision of services under the Hospital Employees Retraining Program.
B. Complaints may be filed in writing with the Assistant Secretary of the Division.
