Md. Code Regs. 10.07.10.16 - Rehabilitation Services
A home health agency that holds itself out to the public as providing a complete array of physical rehabilitation services shall:
A. Provide a program of coordinated
interdisciplinary rehabilitative care that shall include:
(1) Physical and occupational
therapy,
(2) Speech and language
therapy,
(3) Audiology
therapy,
(4) Psychotherapy,
and
(5) Social work
services;
B. Hold
interdisciplinary meetings with the involvement of a physician to plan and
monitor patient care; and
C. Meet
any other applicable standard required by law.
