Md. Code Regs. 10.07.12.13 - Staffing
A. The health
facility shall provide the number and level of personnel sufficient to meet the
total needs of the patient.
B.
Health facilities shall employ licensed personnel to provide medical services
when applicable.
C. The facility
shall provide personnel who are qualified by both training and experience in
the handling of health emergencies.
