A. The facility
shall provide:
(1) Exterior lockable doors
and windows; and
(2) An effective
automated device or system to alert staff to individuals entering or leaving
the building.
B. A
facility need not use an automated alert for an exit door when the exit is
staffed by a receptionist or other staff member who views and maintains a log
of individuals entering and leaving the facility.
