Md. Code Regs. 10.07.14.59 - Civil Money Penalties - Hearings
A. A hearing on the appeal shall be held
consistent with the State Government Article, Title 10, Annotated Code of
Maryland.
B. The Secretary shall
have the burden of proof with respect to the imposition of the civil money
penalties under this chapter.
