Md. Code Regs. 11.07.06.02 - Scope
A. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Article, ยง 10A -101 (g)(3), Annotated Code of Maryland the Authority is a reporting agency that may establish public-private partnerships and execute public-private partnership agreements in connection with any public infrastructure assets for which it is responsible.
B. Within the Authority, the Executive Director shall be responsible for administering the Program.
