Md. Code Regs. 11.07.09.10 - Nondiscrimination
A successful proposer shall comply with all applicable federal, State, and local laws regarding discrimination and equal employment opportunity including:
A. Title VII of
the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended;
B. Article 49B, Annotated Code of Maryland;
and
C. The provisions of the
Governor's Code of Fair Employment Practices, as amended.
