Md. Code Regs. 11.07.11.08 - Personal Conduct
A. Loitering in
any area is prohibited.
B.
Loitering may subject the violator to criminal penalties as defined in Criminal
Law Article, ยง
6-409, Annotated Code of
Maryland.
C. Conduct that
interferes with the lawful use of the Maryland House and Chesapeake House
Service Plazas, or with passage from place to place, through entrances, exits,
or passageways, is prohibited.
D.
Interfering or blocking any drive, path, sidewalk, building, or other area is
prohibited.
E. Movement through
building hallways, restrooms, shops, and restaurants may not be
restricted.
F. Use of the buildings
or other public areas for sleeping, in lieu of a hotel, motel, or other public
accommodation is prohibited.
