Md. Code Regs. 11.07.11.15 - Enforcement
A. A police officer
may lawfully order an individual who violates this chapter to leave the area.
Failure to comply with the order may result in arrest.
B. Any law enforcement agency with competent
jurisdiction is authorized to enforce this chapter by issuing a
citation.
