Md. Code Regs. 26.11.10.07 - Testing and Observation Procedures
For the purpose of demonstrating compliance with these regulations, the Department's Technical Memorandum 91-01, "Test Methods and Equipment Specifications for Stationary Sources" (January 1991), which is incorporated by reference in COMAR 26.11.01.04 a C, shall be used. Installations causing intermittent or noncontinuous emissions shall be stack tested by a procedure which provides for sampling only during the discharge of emissions.
