Md. Code Regs. 26.11.12.04 - Visible Emissions
A. A person
may not cause or permit the discharge of emissions from any batch type hot-dip
galvanizing installation or a building containing such an installation, other
than water in an uncombined form, which is greater than 20 percent
opacity.
B. A person operating a
batch type hot-dip galvanizing installation is not eligible for a visible
emission exception under COMAR
26.11.06.02 a B.
