Md. Code Regs. 26.13.03.07-4 - Farmers
A farmer disposing of waste pesticides from the farmer's own use which are hazardous wastes is not required to comply with the standards of this chapter or other standards in COMAR 26.13.05, 26.13.06, 26.13.07, or 26.13.09 for those wastes, provided the farmer triple rinses each emptied pesticide container in accordance with COMAR 26.13.02.07B(3) and disposes of the pesticide residues on the farmer's own farm in a manner consistent with disposal instructions on the pesticide label.
