Md. Code Regs. 26.13.10.20 - Large Quantity Handlers of Universal Waste - Specific Management Standards
A.
Universal Waste Batteries. A large quantity handler of universal waste shall
manage universal waste batteries in accordance with the requirements
established for small quantity handlers in Regulation .12 of this
chapter.
B. Universal Waste
Pesticides. A large quantity handler of universal waste shall manage universal
waste pesticides in accordance with the requirements established for small
quantity handlers in Regulation .13 of this chapter.
C. Universal Waste Mercury-Containing
Equipment. A large quantity handler of universal waste shall manage universal
waste mercury-containing equipment in accordance with the requirements
established for small quantity handlers in Regulation .14 of this
chapter.
D. Universal Waste Lamps.
A large quantity handler of universal waste shall manage universal waste lamps
in accordance with the requirements established for small quantity handlers in
Regulation .15 of this chapter.
E.
Universal Waste PCB-Containing Lamp Ballasts. A large quantity handler of
universal waste shall manage universal waste PCB-containing lamp ballasts in
accordance with the requirements established for small quantity handlers in
Regulation .16 of this chapter.
